Anne Barrett LLB, Dip Comm, ACI Arb:

Anne has been a Partner in Hussey Fraser since 2003 and has extensive experience in the area of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents in public places and workplace accidents and is a very experienced litigator, practising in the High Court and Circuit Court and dealing with the Injuries Board (PIAB) on a regular basis. Anne also has considerable experience in commercial litigation and employment law and all forms of Arbitration. In addition, Anne advises clients and provides representation in relation to employment law and work related disputes and non-contentious cases, advising both commercial and private clients in relation to employment contracts, rights, policies and procedures.

John Browne BA, LLB:

John has over eleven years of experience as a solicitor and has been a Partner in Hussey Fraser Solicitors since 2008 and his practice areas include handling personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents, accidents in public places and workplace accidents. John has also dealt extensively with the Injuries Board (formerly PIAB) and the Motor Insurance Bureau. John has extensive experience in dealing with wide-ranging issues relating to medical negligence, including the bringing of actions against hospitals, consultants, doctors, osteopaths, dentists and many other medical professionals. At present, John is involved in acting on behalf of a large number of clients who have experienced difficulties in relation to their DePuy hip replacements. John deals with litigation in both the Circuit Court and High Court.
